No work on the bikes for a while. I'm up in Canada working on some
theme park stuff. Pirate ships n disneyland.

My bikes so far have been to demonstrate what I can do on a really
tight budget. Hopefully soon somebody will want something really nice
with some serious attention to detail. They will have to write a
decent check though.

Why not pu a gas engine on a scooter?

Got bored in my neighbors garage so we decided to go reverse eco
friendly and convert an electric scooter to gas.

Blue bike is looking more n more like a motorcycle that can move
around on it's own. The schwinn bike is ready for a coat of color on
the frame and to have all its bits put back on.

Here's what stares at me while i work in the shop

Have to wait untill all the misc bits get here to finish off the two
xs bikes. Getting a cb450 to make something cool happen with and a
good friend is bringing me a buell and letting me have at it as well.
Maybe today I will just clean the shop.

Why bother

With all the bikes I have seen in the last little while It makes me
wonder at what point does your ''custom'' bike look just like anybody
else's? Getting pretty bored at looking at tc bros hard tails welded
on to a stock frame. Looks as boring as a harley with a bunch of
chrome garbage bolted on via the internet. If your going to chop a
bike.... chop it. Buy some steel put some bends in it maybe and weld
it into something cool.

Getting closer and closer to painting and adding all the goodies

Different types of people have different tastes in what they ride. In the 60's it was cool to have a certain look. For us that is really for our parents now. Sculpted leaned back harleys and the easy rider soundtrack for us has been replaced with stuff our parents would not understand. My bike designs are influenced by my youth. Scateboarding surfing and music our parents say is garbage. I think I hit the mark when a dentist on a bagger looks at a butchered 70's bike out of Japan and shakes his head.
